Affordable Classes Curriculum Program Grappling Striking Weapon Training Unique Characteristic(s) Competition / Sport Opportunity
Athletic (Olympic) Taekwondo P Classes are part of Garland Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts programs 4 Hours per Week. 2-3 additional hours available through private lessons P (1) Belt curriculum, (2) Athletic curriculum, (3) Leadership Program   P Focus on speed, coordination, and combinations   P Physically dynamic with active movements that include a mirage of foot-work skills. P Team competition and tournament opportunities (local, state, regional, national)
African Martial Science P Classes are part of Garland Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts programs 2 Hours per Week. Instructor is available to set-up private lessons. P Based on skill progression and historical understanding of origin of techniques P Standing Grappling and Striking (focus on how to use the entire body as a weapon for offense and realistic self-defense). P Ultra-comprehensive stick fighting program P Skills are built, in part, from a foundation seen in other arts including dancing!  
The below classes are only offered through Private Instruction at this time.
Wrestling     P Collegiate, International, and Jujitsu P Emphasis on ground grappling     P One of the few martial arts creating a gateway for success in all other sports. P Club and tournament opportunities (local, state, regional, national)
Fitness and Conditioning     P Various class formats focused on Cross-Training, Boot-Camp, and Kick-Boxing P Participants will be in better shape, more explosive, quicker, jump higher, and have more endurance.
Participants have fun while working-out with various aerobic and anaerobic techniques including pilates, martial arts skills, plyo-metric exercise, calisthenics, multi-sport drills, and more.
